50/50 Sidewalk Program
The City of Sterling 50/50 Sidewalk Program aims to promote the development of the city’s sidewalk network by offsetting the cost of construction for homeowners. The City will contribute approximately 50% of the cost to repair damaged sidewalks or construct new sidewalks where there are none existing, with the property owner contributing the other 50%.
